Each Ohm Dome Sound Bath is a unique experience, a reflection of the moment’s theme, intentions, mood, setting, and the collective energy of the group. This means that no two sessions are ever the same, allowing you to return each month with the assurance that the sound medicine, energy, and messages will be perfectly aligned with the esoteric influences at that specific time of year. As you settle in, Jenny will lead you through a grounding meditation, preparing you for a transformative sound journey. The space will come alive with frequencies and auditory textures, as instruments from around the world—Himalayan bowls, crystal singing bowls, gongs, wind instruments, native drums, and Jenny’s own voice—serenade your entire being. These sounds resonate deeply within, weaving a sonic tapestry that releases tension and unlocks new levels of awareness and healing.

THE SETTING:
This sound bath is set in a stunning, spacious barn with majestic cathedral ceilings. Embrace the natural ambiance as you are able to feel nature's presence, while still being sheltered from all the elements. The rustic barn wood floor invites you to bring your own comforts for the session. Blankets and mats available provided by Ohm Dome on first come, first serve basis, or, if pre-arranged through [email protected]. ***Please Note: The event takes place on the 2nd level, which requires walking up one set of stairs.***
