📝 On arrival, sign your waiver
🚩 9:45am | Flag Marshal & Volunteer Brief
🏁 10:00am | Drivers Brief
👀 10:00am | Gates open for spectators
💨 10:30am | Racing starts
🏁 2:30pm | Racing finishes (approx.)
🍔 Food & Drinks
Our canteen will be open with:
🥤 Soft drinks
🧃 Juice boxes
💧 Water
🍟 Chips and a selection of snacks.
🚭 Smoking
To help keep our venue family friendly, no smoking is permitted around the canteen, clubrooms or pit area.
🚬 A designated smoking area is available at the fire pit.
⚠️ Spectator Safety
For everyone’s safety, please:
* Do not sit on the track barricades.
* Do not allow children to sit or climb on the barricades.
These simple measures help keep everyone safe while the racing is underway.
