Welcome to the second of our PADU Experience Peel Paint Outs, open to everyone, at San Remo Beach and Tides Cafe - one of Mandurah's most beautiful coastal locations (or anywhere in the Peel region).
Mandurah is blessed with some of Western Australia's most spectacular coastline, and today we're heading to the beach; namely San Remo Beach where, as well as stunning coastal vistas, you'll find the fabulous Tides Cafe. Looking forward to painting stunning turquoises in the shallows, purples over the reef, deep blues stretching to the horizon, and the warm, shifting colours of the sand and the dunes. You might even spot one of Mandurah's famous dolphin pods cruising by!

The WA coast is a perennial favourite with plein air painters, and this iconic setting makes for a perfect day out — relaxed, inspiring, and full of the kind of light that reminds you why you paint.
All artists registered with an ACCESS ALL AREAS PASS are welcome to paint at the San Remo location for Experience Peel Paint Out #2.
HOW TO EXPERIENCE PEEL AT SAN REMO BEACH & TIDES CAFE:
Pre-requisite: You need to be a fully registered PADU artist to paint at any Plein Air Down Under event between 22 - 29 September, including Experience Peel Paint Outs. Spectators are welcome to come and watch the artists in action!

1. Ensure painting surfaces are stamped with the EXPERIENCE PEEL stamp. A stamping station will be set up from 8.30 - 10.00am where you will also receive two didactic price cards, and a festival program.
2. On completion, take a photo of your painting with the subject in view.
3. Deliver up to two Experience Peel paintings to the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre by 9.30am Saturday 27 September. Ensure didactic price cards are attached. Experience Peel paintings are to be UNFRAMED to create a “fresh from the easel” feel however watercolours and pastels can have a matt board and protective cellophane.
4. Cast your vote for your preferred Experience Peel painting by 3pm, Saturday 27 September (when you hand in your painting/s, you will be given a voting slip).
