🔥 West Allotment at War 3: ITC-Certified Warhammer 40K Tournament! 🔥We are proud to announce a 2-day ITC-certified Warhammer 40K tournament, hosted in association with Bay Games Whitley Bay!
🛡️ Event Details:
📅 Date: Saturday 29th & Sunday 30th November 2025
📍 Location: West Allotment Social Club (full details in the Location Pack)
💰 Entry Fee: £40 per person (must be paid at least 2 weeks before the event).

🎮 Games: 5 rounds total, with a guaranteed minimum of 3 games per player
🏆 Tournament Format & Awards:
At the end of the final round, we will crown an overall Tournament Champion, along with awards for:
✨ Best Painted Army
✨ Best Sportsman
✨ Best Young Player (Under 18s)
✨ Best Player of the Day (Over 18s)
🔹 Most Sporting Award:
After each round, players can nominate their opponent for Most Sporting – recognising those who make the game enjoyable for all.
🔹 Best Player of the Day Awards:
These awards are judged throughout the event based on positive impact, sportsmanship, and support for less experienced players. Judges will be observing and chatting with all attendees throughout the weekend.
🏅 Prizes:
The Tournament Champion will receive an engraved glass trophy, and there will be prizes for all individual award winners!
🍽️ Food & Drink:
Food will not be provided, so please bring your own or grab something locally. Drinks will be available for purchase at the venue (adults only).
