Join us for a soul-nourishing Winter Wellness Retreat this December.
A day of gentle reconnection through breath, movement, sound and creativity.
Set in the serene grounds of Backworth Hall, this retreat offers a curated blend of mindfulness practices to help you reset and restore before the festive season. The day includes:
🧘 Guided Meditation, Yoga, Qigong, Pranayama and Sound Healing to calm the mind and relax the body
🎄 A seasonal wreath-making workshop, a chance to ground your creativity and honour the season of winter
🍲 A nourishing hot lunch and refreshments provided
🔥 Optional Wild Sauna experience to close the day - an invigorating blend of heat, nature, and deep release (additional cost applies - see ticket options)
