Flag Hosting at the Venue or nearby School.
Unique time to see major Planets of Solar System with our Advanced Telescope.
1. Brightest Jupiter Mars (Mars is in Opposition and so visible brightest in @2 years for whole night) Venus Saturn and Neptune Uranus.
2. Beautiful views of Galaxy Orion nebula and many more Stars.
3. Constellations Pole star and Saptarshi Direction identification and information.
Who can join:
All age groups keen to know and observe the Stars Planets and Galaxies.
Tent Stay
Room stay
Room booking: On first come first serve.
Booking to be confirmed at least 4-5 days before the event date.
Charges Inclusive of
High tea Veg dinner morning Breakfast and tea Stay and Star gazing.
Travel: Self travel.
We can support for travel for group with Advance booking with Additional charges.

General details of event:
Check in and High tea: 5pm
6 pm- Telescope setup.
1st session of Star Gazing
9 pm - Dinner - Veg.
10pm -11.30pm - 2nd Session of Star gazing.
11.30 - 4am: Rest
4 am -6 am - 3rd Session of Star gazing
~7 am: Sunrise observation and Group photo.
7. 30 am: Breakfast and Check out.
8.00 am: Flag Hosting at village school

Booking cancellation:
1. 2 days prior the event date: 50% refund.
2. 1 day or on same day cancellation: No refund.
3. No event cancellation and no refund in case of bad weather during actual event. We will continue to discuss about various Astronomy topics.
Slight changes in the schedule based will be done as necessary during event by Organizers.
