Led by the one and only JJ—AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Zumba queen, and creator of the electrifying LaSoca format—you’ll move to the rhythms of Caribbean and Latin beats in themed dance parties designed to make you sweat, smile, and sparkle. ✨
Each session features a new theme to get you in the groove, from retro throwbacks to island vibes—and after class, we keep the fun flowing with a handcrafted healthy mocktail, served up by our in-house Board Certified Health Coach, Sarah 🧘🏼‍♀️. Stay for the vibes, sip something delicious, and connect with your dance fam.
