Due to popular interest, ORC have secured Liberty trainer Georgina Scott to coach beginner horses and owners in this exciting groundwork discipline.
Why not come along and try it out, and experience and build an extra strong bond with your horse, stepping into his/her equine world.
LIBERTY DEFINITION:
Liberty work gives a great opportunity to connect with the horse, and uses the natural instincts and behavior of the horse as the primary teaching tool.
The horse has freedom during liberty training and can leave or move away from the trainer if they choose to.
This is where the ‘liberty’ part comes in – the horse is cooperating because they wish to, not because we are forcing them to.
The clinics will include in-hand non-ridden, groundwork partnerships for beginners, and spaces will be limited, so please book in ASAP.
