Adults Only (15+) | Thursday 19th February | 6:00–9:00pmLooking for a relaxed, creative evening out? Join us at Happy Glaze Pottery for a hands-on clay bird house workshop, perfect for unwinding, getting creative and trying something new.
In this workshop, you’ll handbuild your own decorative ceramic bird house, learning simple clay handbuilding techniques while exploring shape, texture and surface detail. The session is guided throughout, but relaxed and sociable — no prior clay experience needed.
✨ Please note: these bird houses are decorative only and are not suitable for use as functional nesting boxes.
🪵 How the workshop works
This is a two-part experience:
Session 1 – Clay Making
🕕 Thursday 19th February | 6:00–9:00pm
Handbuild and refine your clay bird house with guidance from our team.
Session 2 – Return to Paint (4–6 weeks later)
Once your piece has been bisque fired, you’ll return to paint and glaze your bird house during a standard pottery painting session.
Your return painting visit will be booked at the end of the clay workshop. There’s no set date or time — simply choose a session that suits you within 4–6 weeks of the making session.
