Wild Wednesdays – Bird box building

In celebration of National Nest Box Week, come along to the Grand Western Canal and join in with our Wild Wednesday activity session by constructing a bird box that you can take home and put up in your own garden for our feathered friends.

Cost: Cost: £5 per adult or child building a bird box (accompanying adult with child is free) + Eventbrite fee £1.13.

Location: : Rangers Office, The Moorings, Canal Hill, Tiverton EX16 4HX.

Arrive at the canal basin car park. Walk up the slope by the toilet block and turn right towards the road. Follow the path around the end of the canal past the play area, through the wooden gate and towards the cream building on the other side of the canal – the Ranger’s Office.

All children should be accompanied by an adult.
