We’re bringing the babies to the 15th Annual Rock the Green Earth Day Clean-Up at the Harley-Davidson Museum — and you’re invited!
Join MKE Yoga Social + Platinum Sky Farm for a series of abbreviated 30-minute Outdoor Baby Goat Yoga sessions designed for movement, laughter, and maximum cuteness overload.
✨ Open to the public — registration required.
What to Expect 🧘🏽‍♀️🐐
Each 30-minute session includes:
• 20 minutes of gentle, all-levels yoga (expect the unexpected… baby goats have their own agenda 😌)
• 10 minutes of goat mingling, cuddles & photo ops — and yes, we’ll help you nail those Instagram-worthy poses
This is lighthearted, playful yoga — perfect for beginners and seasoned yogis alike.
Why Add Goats? 💛
We all know yoga reduces stress, supports heart health, and sharpens mental focus.
But being around animals has also been shown to:
• Lower cortisol (stress hormone)
• Reduce blood pressure
• Increase feelings of connection and social support
• Boost overall mood
And let’s be honest… baby dwarf goats are ridiculously cute.
Important Participation Notes ⚠️
Because this experience includes live animals, by registering you acknowledge:
•Goats may jump, nibble, or climb (it’s part of the fun!)
•Closed-toe shoes are recommended before/after practice
•Participants assume inherent risks of practicing with animals
•All attendees will be required to sign a liability waiver releasing •MKE Yoga Social™, Platinum Sky Farm, and the event venue
•Please follow all staff instructions for safe animal interaction
