🏐 Pre-Season Netball Training 🏐Our pre-season training sessions are designed to bring players back together on court, build fitness, and sharpen netball skills before the main season begins.
📅 Date: 28th August
⏰ Time: 5pm - 6pm
📍 Location: Christ Church Sports Centre, Pilgrims Way
What to expect:
✨ A mix of fitness, footwork, and skill-based drills
✨ Match-play opportunities to get back into game flow
✨ A chance to connect with teammates and meet new players
✨ Supportive coaches to guide and motivate you
Whether you’re a returning player or considering joining C4 Netball, this is the perfect opportunity to blow off the cobwebs, get moving, and prepare for an exciting season ahead.
Bring: trainers, water, any supports, and plenty of enthusiasm!
Please make sure that hair is tied back, nails are short and all jewellery is removed before taking part 💖
