We have a variety of very special sessions through August co-hosted with some of our favourite local activity providers. Come and enjoy a themed TinyTalk session, followed by refreshments and free play, PLUS an hour of a related activity, for just £15 per family.
These session are open to anyone and are aimed at families with little people between 0 and 4 years. Big siblings are most welcome too at no additional cost.
August 28th finds us at Bekesbourne Village Hall from 10-12, for a sleep themed TinyTalk session followed by a sleep chat and Q&A from gentle sleep coach, Rebecca Petley, from Sleeptight Baby. Here's what Rebecca has to say about the session:
As a mum of 3 and a sleep coach of 11 years, I know that sleep (or lack of) is a mega hot topic when it comes to parenting. Will sleep improve naturally? Should you night wean? Is baby uncomfortable? Are they having the right amount of daytime sleep? Is feeding to sleep a bad thing? Is it ok to let your baby cry? So many questions and with an absolute mountain of information and advice available now, it quickly becomes confusing and overwhelming. If you're struggling; feeling anxious or unsure; don't know where to begin or feel you've already tried everything to get sleep on track then this session is perfect for you. I don't advocate any controlled crying or cry it out methods so everything I talk about will be gentle and responsive. I'll take you through the causes of sleep issues and what I see to be the key to solving them. I'll be explaining my step by step self settling method so you can feel confident and calm at bedtime. This isn't sleep training - this is building your child's trust with sleep and it leads to incredible results. Even if you think your baby is a lost cause when it comes to sleep, I promise you they're not. With plenty of time for questions and a 50% off voucher code just for you, this is one not to be missed. I can't wait to see you all there so I can support you and create a way forward for you.... chilled evenings and restful nights are just on the horizon. x
