От 8 до 10 май 2026 г. Старият Пловдив се събужда за едно от най-красивите гурме изживявания в България - "Дефиле Вино и Гурме".
Представи си го така:
Калдъръмени улички, огрени от майско слънце. Дворчета на вековни пловдивски къщи, превърнати в дегустационни зали. Мирис на прясно наляно вино, смесен с аромата на занаятчийски сирена и домашен хляб. Майсторът на вино, застанал до бутилката си, ти разказва за лозето, за реколтата, за решението, което е взел в три сутринта и ...
Това не е изложение на виното. Това е среща, изживяна през сетивата.
🍷 Какво те чака:
Селекция от български вина - от утвърдени винарни до малки семейни изби, които рядко излизат извън региона си. Занаятчийски храни и гурме продукти от производители. Дегустации, музика, забавление, вечери и всичко това с естествения Възрожденски декор на Стария град в Пловдив.

„Дефиле вино и гурме 2026" се провежда под патронажа на Министерство на туризма и с подкрепата на Министерство на земеделието и храните.
Организатори на фестивала са „Съвет по туризъм – Пловдив“ и Община Пловдив с активно сътрудничество на ОИ „Старинен Пловдив”, Университет по хранителни технологии – Пловдив.
Събитието се финансира от годишната програма за развитие на туризма на Община Пловдив за 2026 година.

From May 8 to 10, 2026, Plovdiv's Old Town awakens for one of the most beautiful gourmet experiences in Bulgaria - the Wine & Gourmet Festival.
Imagine it like this:
Cobblestone streets bathed in May sunshine. The courtyards of centuries-old Plovdiv houses transformed into tasting rooms. The scent of freshly poured wine mingling with the aroma of artisan cheeses and homemade bread. A winemaker, standing beside his bottle, telling you about his vineyard, the harvest, the decision he made at three in the morning and...
This is not a wine exhibition. This is an encounter experienced through the senses.
🍷 What awaits you:
A curated selection of Bulgarian wines - from established wineries to small family cellars that rarely venture beyond their home region. Artisan foods and gourmet products from passionate local producers. Tastings, music, entertainment, dinners — and all of it set against the natural backdrop of Plovdiv's Old Town Revival architecture.

The Wine & Gourmet Festival 2026 is held under the patronage of the Ministry of Tourism and with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.
The festival is organised by the Tourism Council – Plovdiv and the Municipality of Plovdiv, in active collaboration with the Old Plovdiv Cultural Institute and the University of Food Technologies – Plovdiv.
The event is funded by the Annual Tourism Development Programme of the Municipality of Plovdiv for 2026.
