Hello everyone 🍂✨Happy to invite you to join our evening of peace and calm to celebrate the autumn equinox, on Sunday 21st of September ☯️
Tunning inwards and to the energy of the balanced day of the equinox 🕯️ Slowing down and reconnecting to body and mind, to slowly descend into the yin phase of the year, autumn and winter.
🌑 It will be New Moon that night, a perfect match to align into the start of Autumn. A new season, a new moon, a time to release the old, a time for introspection and reflection.
It's a New Moon in Virgo, that inspires us to create order out of chaos, prioritize wellness, and embark on self-improvement projects.
What to expect?:
If the weather accompanying us that day, this will include a little walk in nature and meditation by a waterfall.
If the weather is not cooperating, we will still do some pranayama and meditation, but indoors and maybe chant some mantras too 🙂
Then at Sinderhope community centre, we will do a Yin yoga class followed by a Sound Healing session.
And then a women's circle, and some food 🥰
