Sarah and I would like to invite you to join together with us and our friends Martyn and Amram, for a special day of movement, mindfulness, and festive connection.
Join us for a day filled with community, joy, relaxation, and renewal.

🌀 Kundalini, Mantra & Breathwork – Awaken your energy and embrace the season.
🕯️ Candlelit Meditation – Find peace in the midst of winter’s stillness.
🤝 Partner Connection Session – Breathe, stretch, and move together.
🌊 Slow Flow & Yin Yoga – Melt into deep, restorative movement.
🌀 Healing Circle – A space for reflection and connection.
🥁 Drumming – Feel the heartbeat of the season through rhythm.
💃 Dance – Move with Joy and flow.
🌿 Wreath Making – Create something beautiful with your hands.
🧘 Pure Stretch & Pilates – Find length, strength, and ease.
🚶Walking - enjoy being immersed in nature on a scenic winter walk.
This is a gentle, welcoming, and nourishing event, offering a wide variety of sessions, with plenty of breaks to relax and connect.
Whether you’re drawn to movement, stillness, creativity, or rhythm—there’s something for everyone.
The cost of the day is £100, which includes all 12 activities. There is a cafe on site for lunch/ snacks or you can bring your own. A £25 deposit secures your place, and 3 further payments of £25 will be due over the next year.
Not included: For those who want to, there is an option to stay for a celebratory meal in the hotel next door to end the day. Accommodation is also available at the hotel, and at the Youth Hostel next door.
