What to Expect:
The Fall Equinox is a sacred turning point in the year, a moment of balance between light and dark, day and night. It’s a time to pause, reflect, release what no longer serves, and gather the wisdom and blessings of your inner harvest.
Join me for an evening of deep nourishment through ceremonial cacao, Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT), and a healing sound bath. Together, we will honor the season of change, align with nature’s rhythms, and return to the heart’s wisdom.
Cacao Ceremony 🤎
Cacao, the "food of the gods," is a powerful heart-opening plant medicine used for centuries in ceremonial practices across Central and South America. Our journey will begin with a cacao ceremony, where you will be served a nurturing cup of ethically sourced cacao. Known for its ability to deepen emotional insights, cacao opens the heart and aligns us with our deepest desires. Cacao also contains anandamide, the "bliss molecule," which promotes feelings of joy, clarity, and elevated consciousness.
Group Spiritual Response Therapy Clearing (SRT)💫
SRT works at the subconscious and soul levels to release energetic blocks, limiting beliefs, and emotional patterns.
In this equinox-themed session, we’ll focus on clearing:
•Old cycles, patterns, or attachments ready to be released
•Resistance to balance, receiving, or surrendering
•Emotional blockages such as grief, sadness, or tension
•Energetic imprints that restrict flow, gratitude, and alignment
This clearing supports reflection, renewal, and a deeper sense of inner harmony as you step into the season ahead.
Sound Bath 🎶
The second half of our journey will be immersed in a deeply healing sound bath, where you will be surrounded by the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, drums, and chimes. Sound healing is a powerful tool for harmonizing the body’s energy, clearing blockages, and promoting deep relaxation, helping you enter a meditative state of integration and release.

Megan Mahoney is a counselling therapist at Awaken Counselling and Holistic Services. Megan has a passion for holistic approaches to mental health and wellbeing, seeing the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit. Through her own healing journey, Megan has discovered the transformative power of plant medicine, integration, and holistic healing practices. As a lifelong learner, Megan is trained in various holistic modalities, including Breathwork, Reiki, Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Embodied Dreamwork, and trauma-informed plant medicine facilitation.
