This sound bath is not about releasing, manifesting, or setting intentions for what comes next. It is a space to pause at the edge of the year and gently witness what has been.
Through stillness, plant spirit and sacred sound, you’ll be guided into a deeply restful state where nothing needs to be fixed or figured out. Here, your body can soften. Your nervous system can exhale. Your experiences can be held with compassion rather than judgment.
This is a ceremony of presence.
A moment to acknowledge the truth of your year, whatever shape it took, and to let that truth be honored.
Cost is $20
Yoga mats, meditation cushions and blankets provided. You are encouraged to bring your favorite cozy item from home to deepen into the relaxation experience.
