Join Andrea at The Luminary for a special workshop designed to help you release what no longer serves you and create space for joy, intention, and growth in the year ahead.We’ll begin with gentle movement and breathwork to open the body and calm the mind, followed by a powerful cord-cutting meditation to support emotional release. You’ll then experience a rejuvenating 5-minute session in our HaloTherapy Chamber, and close with a guided collage craft journal session to reflect on the past year and set meaningful intentions for what’s to come.
What is Halotherapy?
Halotherapy, or salt therapy, involves breathing in air infused with tiny salt particles to support respiratory health. It’s commonly used as a natural therapy for asthma, allergies, congestion, and skin conditions like eczema or acne. It also promotes deep relaxation and mental clarity.
What to Bring:
– A yoga mat
– A journal
– Any comfort items (blanket, pillow, blocks, etc.)
