🌿✨ Breathe & Bloom Camp ✨🌿We are running back one of our popular GoldCap experience camps ... Breathe & Bloom! We will connect, recharge, and have a whole lot of fun along the way. We will also connect with other locally owned downtown Iowa City Favorites!
Breathe & Bloom blends mindfulness, movement, creativity, outdoor exploration, and classic GoldCap adventure into a unique two-day camp experience in downtown Iowa City.
Campers will:
🧘 Visit Hot House Yoga for a special studio session led by the owner
🐱 Relax and connect with the chill masters at The Kitty Corner Café
🌳 Explore local parks and green spaces around Iowa City
🐥 Take part in GoldCap favorites like Mini Duck Hunts and downtown adventures
🤝 Build friendships through team-based games and activities
☀️ Enjoy a balance of calm moments, movement, creativity, and exploration
This camp is designed to help kids feel confident, connected, and refreshed while still bringing the fun, energy, and community feel GoldCap is known for.
🍕 GoldCap will provide lunch and snacks both days.
📍 Pick-Up, Lunch, and Drop-Off: 217 Iowa Ave
We’ll also have a private indoor space available throughout camp for lunch, games, breaks, and downtime between activities.
⏰ Optional Early Drop-Off (8:30–9am) and Late Pick-Up (4–4:30pm) available for $20.
After registration, families will receive additional information regarding logistics, forms, and camp details.
