Within the ring of standing stones, sound becomes a way of remembering. This series invites participants into ceremony, deep listening, and connection with the land and the ancestral stories held in Iowa’s earth.
Crystal bowls, drum, and gongs shape each gathering, creating a resonant space for presence, reflection, and communion with the land.
This Session: Honoring the Ancestors of the Iowa Land
This gathering acknowledges the Indigenous ancestors and stewards of this region, and the living spirit of Iowa’s land.
We enter the circle of standing stones with humility and gratitude, listening through sound and stillness to the presence, history, and memory held in the earth beneath us.
Participants are guided into:
ceremony and grounding
deep listening with the land
sound immersion with bowls, drum, and gongs
reflection on lineage, belonging, and place
This experience is rooted, spacious, and reverent — open to all who feel called to sit with the land in respect and presence.
What to Bring:
A yoga mat, blanket, or chair for comfort
Please dress for the weather
