Merry merry!! We are so excited to bring back our Pesto Making Class at West & Co. This class is full of history and enjoyment and FOOD!
I will guide you step by step the old school traditional way to create Fresh Italian Pesto using a mortar and pestle.
Sample other fun creations while you’re there. Everyone will be taking home an 8 oz container of Pesto they create that night as a gift or for yourself to enjoy this Holiday Season.
Feel free to bring Wine or any Beverage to enjoy while crating your pesto.
