This cacao & ecstatic dance ceremony is a space to express and move freely — consciously, with and without words.
A place where connection is built through reflection and honest sharing, and felt through the body.
This gathering is the second ceremony in The Path of Reconnection — a seasonal journey inviting you back to yourself, to community, and to the world you belong to.
Each ceremony stands fully on its own, while together they form a deeper arc of coming home.
🌿 The Theme — The Bridge Between Us
How do we strengthen the relationships we already have?
How do we meet one another with openness instead of armour?
The theme of this evening is gently introduced through a cacao ceremony, and then embodied through movement, relational exercises, and ecstatic dance — so connection is not only understood, but lived.
We explore this through:
-listening with the whole body
-movement instead of defence
-curiosity instead of fixing
This is about feeling the bridge between us, not perfecting it.
🌿 Why This Ceremony Matters
We live in a time where meaningful connection has become increasingly rare.
Many people feel lonely — not because something is wrong with them, but because we are wired for connection and often lack spaces where it can safely unfold.
This ceremony offers an antidote:
A space to soften, listen, express, and remember how it feels to be met with presence rather than pressure.
Not through talk alone — but through ritual, movement, and shared experience.

Inspired by Authentic Relating, Nonviolent Communication, and circling practices, the evening weaves together ritual, relational play, and ecstatic dance.
