🌿 Avec le beau temps qui commence, joignez-vous à nous pour une journée de plantation aux Jardins urbains Notman, un jardin urbain qui combine agriculture urbaine, histoire de l’époque victorienne et bacs de culture communs !
📅 Samedi 20 juin dès 11 h
📍 RDV au 60, rue Milton, coin Clark
🌳 Au jardin, vous retrouverez des plantes médicinales et comestibles telles que : capucine, calendule, menthe, échinacée, achillée millefeuille, lavande, ainsi que de nombreux exemples de compagnonnage.
Nous partagerons un repas potluck !
🕒 Horaire de la journée :
🔹 11 h → Accueil des participant·es et préparation de la plantation
🔹 11 h 15 → Petit atelier pratique sur la plantation et les plantes médicinales du site
🔹 11 h 45 à 15 h → Plantation collective et repiquage des semis
🔹 12 h 30 à 13 h → Pause collation
🔧 À apporter :
→ Votre lunch 🍎
→ Vos gants de jardinage 🧤
→ Une brouette si vous en avez une (super utile pour transporter les végétaux !)
💧 L’eau et les outils nécessaires seront fournis.
💚 Aucune expérience requise – Venez seul·e, en famille ou entre ami·es : il y aura des tâches pour tout le monde !

🌿 As the warm weather begins, join us for a planting day at the Notman Urban Gardens, an urban gardening space that combines urban agriculture, Victorian-era history, and shared growing beds!
📅 Saturday, June 20 starting at 11:00 a.m.
📍 Meet at 60 Milton Street, corner of Clark
🌳 In the garden, you’ll find medicinal and edible plants such as: nasturtium, calendula, mint, echinacea, yarrow, lavender, as well as many examples of companion planting.
We’ll share a potluck meal together!
🕒 Schedule for the day:
🔹 11:00 a.m. → Welcome and planting preparation
🔹 11:15 a.m. → Short hands-on workshop on planting and the medicinal plants found on site
🔹 11:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. → Collective planting and transplanting seedlings
🔹 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. → Snack break
🔧 What to bring:
→ Your lunch 🍎
→ Your gardening gloves 🧤
→ A wheelbarrow if you have one (very useful for transporting plants!)
💧 Water and the necessary tools will be provided.
💚 No experience required — Come alone, with family, or with friends: there will be tasks for everyone!
