Join us for HELLO SPRING Mindfulness & Yoga Weekend for Mums and Kids (4-9 years old) in English!🌸🌿 Craving a refreshing spring escape? 🌿☀️This March, retreat with us into the blossoming Masurian land for a weekend of renewal, connection, and English language immersion at a venue that literally translates into “A Heaven for Rent” (PL: Niebo Do Wynajęcia). Mums will enjoy rejuvenating yoga, relaxation, and mindfulness sessions, while kids explore awakening nature with exciting activities led by attentive educators. Embrace the vibrant blooms of spring, breathe in the fresh forest and lake air, and connect with other mums in this tranquil Masurian setting. This venue offers comfortable and modern accommodation for each mum and her child/children. You’ll stay in a contemporary two-bedroom apartment, sharing a living room with a lake view, kitchenette, bathroom, and terrace with another mum and her child/children.
🧘♀️✨ Programme:
~ a Welcome Circle with family yoga & a Scavenger Hunt upon your arrival on Friday
~ Saturday Hatha/Vinyasa yoga session adapted to your need and ability, followed by a mindfulness & relaxation session for mums
~ parallel, guided outdoor/indoor activities for children (all in English🌍, all led by experienced and caring educators).
~ afternoon and evening family activities, such as a mindful nature workshop, relaxation workshop, family yoga session and a campfire. Expect some English literature activities as well!

Magda & Olga - pioneers of Mums&Kids retreats in English in Poland!
👩 Magda is a certified mindfulness instructor for kids (Youth Mindfulness, Bristol, UK) and an MBSR teacher (Polski Instytut Mindfulness Polim and the Institute for Mindfulness-Based Approaches, IMA). She's a graduate of “Relaxation & Yoga” studies at the AWF, Warsaw. She has been practicing mindfulness and meditation for over 10 years and yoga for oveer 20. She has linguistic and educational background and lived, studied, and worked in the UK for several years. Magda loves spending time in nature, deeply understanding its soothing and restorative power. She often organises forest retreats for adults, inviting them to experience nature’s healing energy. She's interested in neuroscience and how nature impacts us. Her 6-year-old son Nimek will be joining the retreat.

👩🏻Olga is a certified RYT 200 Hatha Vinyasa Yoga teacher with additional training in meditation, pre- and postnatal yoga, and kids yoga. She is also a Montessori certified educator and a qualified music instructor for preschool children. Olga ran her music school Barwy Muzyki for 12 years. Enthusiastic about creative education, bilingualism, and modern parenting, she decided to pursue her lifelong passion for yoga by certifying in Bali in 2023. She has lived in seven countries with her husband and three sons. She runs Family Yoga workshops, Mum & Baby sessions and special yoga events for schools and preschools in Warsaw where she spreads the love for yoga around the youngest ones. Her youngest son Franio (8) will be joining us at the retreat. ❤️
