This month at Brunch & Bloom, we'll gather for an honest and empowering conversation about the connection between our nervous system, our emotions, and our physical bodies.
Together we'll explore:
✨ How stress and trauma can impact the body
✨ Why we sometimes feel "stuck," disconnected, exhausted, or on edge
✨ Ways to support healing through awareness, self-compassion, and movement
✨ Practical tools for reconnecting with ourselves
Following our discussion and empowerment circle, we'll put learning into action with a 45-minute fun body movement session led by Jahnea.
With over 15 years of experience teaching Zumba®, STRONG Nation™, and Jam Fitness, Jahnea will guide participants through an energizing, beginner-friendly movement experience designed to help women reconnect with their bodies, release stress, and simply have fun.
No dance experience required.
