This October join me for a special Yoga & Brunch event in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Together we’ll flow through a gentle and uplifting yoga practice then gather for a nourishing brunch at The Bungalow Bar & Grill.

Many of you know this cause is deeply personal for me. I lost my mom to breast cancer and too many dear friends have fought—some won some are still fighting and some we’ve lost. This gathering is about moving for them honoring them and supporting awareness and hope for all.

Yoga Class: 45-minute all-level flow led by Lori

Brunch: Delicious menu at The Bungalow Bar & Grill (included in ticket)

Time: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Tickets: $40 per person (includes yoga + brunch)
