Come and Join me on Mother’s Day for a blissful hour of relaxation and healing frequencies, taking some well deserved time to switch off and give back to yourself.
As we navigate our often busy lives, it's so important to make time to relax, recharge, and rejuvenate our minds, bodies, and spirits.
Sound healing is an ancient practice that harnesses the therapeutic benefits of sound frequencies to promote deep relaxation, healing, and self-discovery.
Following a guided meditation, I play with instruments such as Quartz crystal bowls, the Wind gong, Shamanic drum, Koshi chimes and more, to help rebalance the mind and body, reduce anxiety, release blockages & improve sleep, helping you to feel a sense of calm and deep relaxation.
No experience necessary 💜
What to bring :- A Yoga Mat, Cushion & Blanket. Bring Water & Wear Comfortable warm clothing.
