You’ll begin by holding a pinecone — a natural symbol of awakening and transformation — as we guide you through a gentle reflection process. You’ll infuse it with what you’re ready to release, and then plant a new wish or intention in its place.
Then, you'll lay back, relax, and be supported by the healing tones of crystal sound bowls, allowing your body and spirit to fully let go and make space for the new.
