This candlelit experience blends gentle movement, ritual, and deep rest to guide you into the magic of the season.We’ll begin with a soft, candlelit yoga flow to melt away tension and cultivate inner peace. Then, allow yourself to sink into a deeply nourishing sound bath, inviting your body and spirit to unwind, restore, and recalibrate.
Next, you’ll be guided through a ceremonial wish-paper release, a symbolic way to manifest your intentions or let go of what no longer serves you as we transition into winter. You’ll also receive an intuitive Winter Solstice oracle card reading to offer insight and inspiration for the season ahead.
After class, enjoy warm wassail and seasonal winter solstice treats, creating space for quiet connection, reflection, and community.
