Join us for a peaceful winter hike at the Butler Lake Trail Area, a scenic natural gem featuring winding woodland paths, lake views, and a shared stretch of the Ice Age Trail. This relaxed group hike is all about fresh air, good company, and taking time to slow down together.

(On Butler Lake Road, 1.5 miles east of Long Lake Recreation Area)
⏰ 10:00 AM meet at the shop (1104 N 8th St, Sheboygan)
🌿 Trail Highlights:
• Over 3 miles of looping trails through Butler Lake & Flynn’s Spring State Natural Area
• Forested paths with gentle elevation changes
• A portion of the trail overlaps with the Ice Age Trail
• Interpretive displays near the esker and lake overlook
• Picnic table and drinking water available at the trailhead
🥾 Winter Trail Notes:
• Expect snow or icy patches, boots with traction recommended
• Natural surface trails may be slick

Warm layers, boots, water or a hot drink, and a light snack if you’d like.
