Hiking Workshop: Simple Exercises to Improve Balance for Hiking and Stability at All Ages 🥾 Unfortunately, people of all ages suffer from instability, which can lead to irritation, tripping, falls, and potential injury. The good news is that there are a lot of simple things that can be done at home to prepare a person for better balance and more stability. Dr. John Reitz of Better Life Chiropractic and Wellness will provide insight to gain confidence, stability, and balance while out on the trails.

But first, let's get those bodies moving! Maywood Park Director, Kendra, will kick off the evening with a guided hike to awaken your muscles and mind.
