🌟 Ecstatic Dance for the Whole Family 🌟What better way to start a grey November weekend than with an uplifting ecstatic dance morning session where everyone—including your kids—is welcome!? This is a space where adults can move freely and joyfully, setting a healthy example for the younger generation by dancing without the influence of alcohol. By expressing yourself through movement, you show kids that freedom and creativity come naturally through dance. 💃🕺
No kids? No problem! This event is family-friendly, but not just for families. Whether you have children or not, you’re invited to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere and great company.✨
What to Expect: This is a space for radical self-expression, where you can be exactly who you are. Stretch, do yoga, dance like no one’s watching, or simply chill, meditate, and soak in the music. It’s all about embracing the moment—whether you’re 5 or 55! 🧘♂️🎶

Saturday, 23rd November, 10:30 - 13:00.
Doors open at 10:00—please arrive by 10:20 so we can start on time.

🕒 Event Flow:
Warm-Up: Yoga and light contact improvisation (no experience needed).
Dance Journey: Let the music take over as you flow through the rhythms.
Wind Down: Relax with a calming sound journey after the dance.

Regular: 150 DKK
