🌞 welcome SUMMER with 108 Sun Salutations 🌞Join Sara for a special New Year’s yoga practice as we move together through 108 Sun Salutations — a transformative sequence designed to awaken, strengthen, and renew your mind and body.
Throughout the class, Sara will guide students through four variations of Sun Salutations, encouraging you to modify poses and rest whenever needed.
Sun Salutations help to:
~Build strength and flexibility
~Enhance energy flow through the seven chakras
~Cultivate focus, vitality, and inner harmony
The number 108 holds deep significance in yoga and meditation traditions — symbolizing wholeness, spiritual connection, and cycles of renewal. Moving through 108 salutations is an opportunity to cross new thresholds—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
While this class will be invigorating and challenging, gentler options will be offered throughout. We’ll close our practice with a deep lunar relaxation, including pranayama, meditation, and savasana, to restore balance and peace.
