Suzanne’s journey into yoga began over 15 years ago after a running injury sparked a new path toward healing. Since becoming certified in 2015, she has led a wide variety of classes — from Power and Hatha to Yin and meditation — working with everyone from children to seniors, and individuals with special needs.
Her Saturday morning Vinyasa Flow class offers a perfect balance of movement, breath, and mindful energy. Whether you’re new to yoga or deepening your practice, Suzanne’s teaching creates a welcoming space for all.
