Join ARISE as we celebrate Sleep Awareness! September is sleep awareness month, and this is our event to raise awareness about the importance of sleep and promoting healthy sleep habits.

Topics include:

• Sleep hygiene.
• Good habits and bad habits of sleep.
• Sleep Apnea
• Insomnia
• Negative effects of poor sleep
• Lots of other great sleep information

Our Sleep Services team is looking forward to seeing you and answering any questions you have regarding your health and sleep.

Park in the Heart Center or Gibbs Cancer Center parking lot and make your way to the Heart Center. Once in the Heart Center, simply follow the signs to the Heart Center Auditorium.
