Join Dana for a deeply grounding workshop that centers around the art of yin yoga, enhanced by the quiet presence of crystals to support your energetic body.
You’ll be guided through long-held, passive postures designed to release tension from the fascia and connective tissues while creating space for stillness and reflection. Crystals will be placed around the space to subtly support the energy of the room, though this offering is primarily a journey inward through the body.
