🌙 5th Sunday Restorative + Sound SeriesWe’re excited to introduce our 5th Sunday Series! A recurring collaboration that invites you to pause, exhale, and realign when the calendar gifts us an extra Sunday. Each 5th Sunday will feature a unique Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath experience, thoughtfully designed to bring rest to the body, stillness to the mind, and renewal to the spirit.
Join Susan Dannen and Selena Jachens for a deeply restorative evening where intentional rest and sound weave together in harmony. This immersive two-hour experience invites you to settle into supported postures, allowing your body to release tension while you are bathed in healing frequencies and ambient candlelight.
Susan will gently guide you through a restorative yoga practice designed to calm the nervous system and cultivate inner ease and peace. As you soften into stillness, Selena will layer the space with a live sound bath using crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other vibrational instruments to encourage deep relaxation and energetic balance. Together, their combined offerings create a sensory experience that restores the mind-body connection and leaves you feeling grounded, open, and renewed.
This special class will also include gentle education on the science and energetics of rest, exploring how restorative yoga and sound vibration can help regulate the nervous system, ease anxiety, and promote emotional resilience.

All mats and props provided (you’re welcome to bring your own for comfort)
