Move with Purpose: Intention Setting for the Year Ahead - Rather than setting "goals" for the year, discover how to mindfully establish an intention.We'll start with yoga to calm our bodies and minds, then delve into the difference between goals and intentions, the role of mindfulness in setting intentions, and ways to maintain focus on your intention throughout the year.
The session will conclude with a mindful meditation. Please bring a journal, as there will be time for journaling and reflection.
The class is capped at 12 participants to ensure a safe and personal environment. It will be conducted by a yoga instructor who is also a mental health professional.
Mats and props are available, but you're welcome to bring your own, along with a water bottle.
The self-care investment for this session is $30. You will need to pay a $10 to secure your spot. Last year the class filled up quickly, so register soon!
