Join us for 9D Breathwork, led by the experienced Chris Eaton of Trinity Yoga. This unique practice combines 9 dimensions of sound, vibration, intention, and breath to create an experience unlike any other.
In this transformative 90-minute session, you will be expertly guided through a process designed to achieve:
