Join me in taking a moment to hold space for all that we are grateful for, as I guide you through a gentle yoga flow finding our way into a blissful state and are then immersed by the sound of the singing bowls and ocean wave drum ✨For this event I am accepting food donations to give to Spring Hill United Church of Christ for their food pantry to help supply food to families in time for Thanksgiving. These donations include meat, poultry, milk, canned goods and other staples. If you would like to donate but do not have the time to pick up the food, you can email me gift cards for stores like Publix/Walmart/etc and I will personally get the food to donate 💜
I will be accepting food donations to collect from now until November 9th, as their final food pantry date for November is the 15th. If you are wanting to help but are unable to make it to the event, please feel free to message me and we can sort something out together. I hope to have a beautiful turn out as this is something near and dear to my heart.
This is a community event open to all, although love donations are accepted and appreciated 🫶🏻✨
You are welcome to join at any point during the practice so don’t worry about a possibility of being late!
