Join us for a refreshing evening walk at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront as we enjoy ocean views, great company, and a beautiful sunset together.
📍 Meet-Up Location: Beach Garden Park
📍 Address: 2854 Kilbourne Court, Virginia Beach, VA 23451
🅿️ Free parking is available at Beach Garden Park.
🚻 Public bathrooms are available at Beach Garden Park and along portions of the boardwalk route.
👟 Walk Details:
* Distance: 5.5 miles
* Terrain: Paved / easy
* Pace: Social to moderate (we’ll regroup as needed)
🗺 Route Plan (Flexible):
We’ll walk around the park, head toward the boardwalk, and continue toward the Wyndham Hotel or head south along the boardwalk and back, depending on the group. We’ll also include optional stairs at the Old Cavalier Hotel for anyone wanting an extra challenge.
💡 Shorter Distance Option:
If you’re unable to complete the full walk, you’re welcome to relax on one of the benches and wait for the group to return or head back to the park at your own pace.
🐾 Dogs are welcome! Leashed dogs are permitted at Beach Garden Park and on the Virginia Beach Boardwalk. During the summer season, dogs are allowed on the Boardwalk from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Please keep pets under control and clean up after them.
👶 Strollers are welcome, but you’ll need to reconnect with the group after the stair section.

* Something reflective or a small light if we’re out near dusk

Please RSVP if you’re coming, update your RSVP if your plans change, and arrive a little early to allow time for parking and finding the group. The walk host can be contacted through Facebook Messenger.
