Step into a playful and energizing evening of movement and joy at our Hula Hoop event, featuring Liz Perrella — a vibrant Summer Series experience designed to help you stretch, strengthen, and reconnect with your inner sense of fun. In a welcoming and supportive atmosphere, you’ll be guided through the fundamentals of hooping while exploring creative flow and celebrating the collective energy of the group.

All skill levels are welcome. We will have 10 extra hula hoops available to share on a first-come, first-served basis, so arrive early if you’d like to use one. You’re also welcome to bring your own hoop.

Come move and laugh as we close the evening with gratitude.
