＊ Connection ＊ 🌱

＊ Ｃｏｎｎｅｃｔｉｏｎ ＊ 🌱
Just that, CONNECTION.
With yourself, with your life, with your breath.
With the ground, with the Earth.
With movement.
(and you can add whatever your intention for connection is 🌱)
Friday the 23rd will be the FIRST of a SERIES of meetings around Trees, nature, and different landscapes.
The idea is to bring alive the connection with the natural environment that makes us feel good, grounded, contained, and supported.
I will facilitate simple practices of movement and breathing.
This was born because I received a big amount of people facing breakdowns , anxiety, mental exhaustion, constant tiredness in the body.
I can see a common denominator these days Ｕｎｃｅｒｔａｉｎｔｙ
and so..... how does it feel in your body?
(not easy eh??)
For the last two years I have been spending more and more time in the forest, leaning in the ground, touching trees, leaning my body on them.
I attended an Ecosomatic Retreat in Norway twice, with Body Cartography Project.
My Somatic practice has moved more and more outdoors.
The result, Ｂｅａｕｔｉｆｕｌ ｓｕｐｐｏｒｔ that feels like UNCONDITIONAL LOVE
( ( ( 🤎 ) ) )
And so, I decided to extend an invitation for Connecting.
Another benefit (and here I'm talking as a South american woman living in Czech Republic 😅) YOU WILL GET STRONG INTO WINTER!
Trust me ;)
The meetings will be in different locations, I'm taking in consideration having a close base where you can get warm before/after the meetings (and you can also have a toilet just in case)
A PLUS for these meetings is CACAO medicina 😍 For the body, for the heart.
(drop me a message if you want me to prepare Cacao for you;))
((( 🤎 )))
The length of these events is going to be organic 🍂🌀🍂
But we are starting all together.
It is based on donation, for the Cacao please let me know in a PM.
With lots of love and inspiration.
Iara Alma.
