About this Event

作為行為展演《何以慰藉》的延伸活動，這場形體工作坊邀請你與藝術家童文敏從身體感知出發，探索個體精神、情感與行為動作之間的連結。是次工作坊聚焦於日常動作，透過一系列的身體練習引導參加者發掘行為中的規律性，並演變為帶有儀式感和美感的表達。參加者將深化對自我形體動作的認識。

As an extension of the performance 'Towards Solace', this movement workshop welcomes you to join artist Tong Wenmin in exploring bodily awareness – examining the connection between an individual’s spirit, emotions, and movements. Focusing on simple gestures, the workshop uses a series of physical exercises that guide participants to discover patterns within ordinary movements and transform them into ritual-like expressions with particular aesthetic qualities. Through this workshop, you are invited to deepen awareness of your own physical and bodily experience.

1. 時長：工作坊時長為1小時30分至2小時，以普通話進行。
2. 穿着建議：請穿着適合活動的服裝和運動鞋參與。
3. 經驗要求：無需任何舞蹈背景或經驗。
4. 肢體接觸：工作坊過程中可能涉及一定程度的身體接觸。
5. 名額：參與人數上限為10人。
6. 記錄：本活動將以照片及影片作記錄，用於非商業用途。若您對參與紀錄有任何偏好或疑慮，請事先聯繫我們。
7. 惡劣天氣安排：如香港天文台在原定開始時間前兩小時發出黑色暴雨警告信號，或熱帶氣旋警告信號（室內活動：八號或以上），活動將會取消。若遇上一號或三號熱帶氣旋警告信號、黃色或紅色暴雨警告信號，或雷暴警告，主辦方將根據實際天氣情況決定是否修改或取消活動。

Things to note:

1. Duration: The workshop will last 1.5–2 hours, conducted in Mandarin.
2. What to Wear: Please wear comfortable activewear and sport shoes suitable for movement.
3. Experience Level: No prior dance background or experience is required.
4. Physical Contact: The workshop may involve a certain degree of physical contact with others.
5. Group Size: Participation is limited to a maximum of 10 individuals.
6. Documentation: This event will be documented through photos and videos for non-commercial purposes. If you have any preferences or concerns regarding your participation, please contact us in advance.
7. Inclement Weather Arrangements: The events will be cancelled if the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Black Rainstorm Warning, or a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above (indoor events), two hours prior to the scheduled start time. In the event of a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 1 or No. 3, or a Yellow or Red Rainstorm Warning, or Thunderstorm Warning, the organizer will determine whether to modify or cancel the activity based on actual weather conditions.
