​⚠️ Registration & Refund Policy 报名与退款须知 Please read carefully before registering 报名前请仔细阅读：

​Approval & Payment / 审核与支付：

• Registration requires approval. When purchasing this ticket, you are only reserving a spot. You will be asked to provide your card details to hold your place, but no charges will be made until the group reaches the minimum of 6 participants.
• We will follow up via email to complete your registration.
• Once the group is confirmed and your registration is approved, the payment will be processed automatically.

• 一旦成团并审核通过，系统将自动扣款。

成团说明： 本团体为 8-10 人小规模互动团体，最低成团人数为 6 人。

• 若未成团： 若在活动开始前 72 小时报名人数不足 6 人，我们将取消活动并全额退还您的费用。确认成团： 一旦达到 6 人，我们将通过邮件通知您成团。
• 成员退款规则： 由于小规模团体的名额珍贵且具有连续性，请您在报名前确认您的日程：
• 活动开始 7 天以前： 可申请全额退款（需扣除约 5% 的平台支付渠道手续费）。
• 活动开始前 3 至 7 天内： 可退还 50% 的费用。
• 活动开始前 72 小时内： 恕不接受任何形式的退款申请。
• 名额转让： 鉴于心理团体的私密性，名额不可私自转让。如需转让，须提前联系带领者进行评估筛选。
• Minimum Enrollment Requirement: This is a small group (8-10 participants) and requires a minimum of 6 participants to proceed.
• If Not Met: If the minimum number is not met 72 hours before the start time, the event will be canceled and you will receive a full refund.
• Confirmation: We will notify you via email once the group is confirmed.
• Cancellation & Refund Policy: As spots are limited and essential to the group dynamic, the following rules apply:
• 7+days before the event: Full refund (minus a ~5% processing fee charged by the payment gateway).
• Within 72 hours of the event: No refunds will be provided.
• Transfer of Spots: Due to the sensitive nature of psychology groups, tickets are non-transferable unless the new participant is screened and approved by the facilitator in advance.
