Ease into the evening with a restorative sound ceremony designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect. The experience begins with a gentle guided meditation and intention-setting practice, creating space to release the energy of the day and ground yourself in the present moment. From there, you’ll be immersed in a soothing sound bath led through healing frequencies and vibrations that support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and energetic renewal.
Allow the sounds to wash over you as you settle into stillness, restore inner balance, and create space for clarity, peace, and calm. Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, centered, and deeply nourished.
Come for a tea and a mingle from 5:45 PM - 6:00 PM PT.
Session starts at 6:00 PM.
