Metal Yoga: Yoga for Metal Heads and Music Lovers

Please arrive 10-15min early for check in. Class begins at 7pm sharp, doors close at 7:05pm.
Be prepared to sweat and stretch, workout attire highly recommended. New to yoga? Not to worry! Class is for all levels including beginners, yoga blocks recommended some props provided on a first come first serve basis. There are yoga mats available to purchase but we encourage you to bring your own mat.

Alex's Bar hosts us and because the venue is a bar we ask that participants are 21+. The bar is closed for service on Mondays but open for 1 hour for metal yoga only.

You'll get the same experience as a yoga studio with the benefit of listening to your favorite doom/sludge/drone and stoner metal songs in a gorgeous haunting venue.
Tickets are refundable up to 2 hours before the event. Walk ups are welcome if we have room.
