✨ Glow Within: Monthly Self-Care Evenings ✨Facial Ritual • Reiki • Meditation • Sound Bath

After running my first Glow Within evening, I was so encouraged by how warmly it was received. Despite being a small group, the feedback was beautiful, and I also had people asking if I would offer more than one sound bath each month.
Glow Within has naturally evolved as a deeper, more immersive alternative — perfect for those who can’t attend my regular Thursday sound baths, or who are craving something a little more nourishing and ritual-based.
This monthly offering blends skincare, energy work and sound to support rest, glow and reconnection — mind, body and soul.
🌿 What the evening includes
💛 Self-Guided Tropic Facial Ritual
Begin with a gentle, self-guided facial using Tropic’s natural, clean, toxin-free skincare.
After a short group overview, you’ll move through the ritual at your own pace, allowing time to relax and simply be.
🤲 Reiki-Infused Rest
While your face mask is working, the space will be infused with Reiki energy to support balance, grounding and deep relaxation.
🌬️ Guided Meditation
A short, grounding meditation to help you settle and prepare for deeper rest.
🔔 Crystal Bowl Sound Bath
The evening closes with a soothing sound bath using crystal bowls and gentle instruments, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to integrate.
🍵 Herbal Tea & Gentle Ambience
Soft lighting, warmth, and a calm, welcoming space throughout.
✨ You’re welcome to come in cosy loungewear or comfortable clothing — the kind you can go home and roll straight into bed in.
✨ Spaces are intentionally limited (up to 6 people) to keep the experience calm and intimate.

£80 for any 3 Glow Within evenings
For block bookings, payment in 2 is available:
• £40 due by 21st January
• £40 due by end of February
(Block bookings secure your place across the dates you choose.)
