Tea ceremony is a meditative ritual that invites us into the present moment though our sensory experience.

As we gather in community, your guide Courtnay will share rare, hand-picked wild tea from ancient tea trees, followed by a sound bath with antique Tibetan singing bowls and percussion. We will conclude with a guided compassion meditation to promote heart-opening and healing for all beings.

Courtnay is a tea ceremony and sound bath facilitator as well as an RYT500 certified yoga instructor. She has visited tea cultivators across the globe and studied a variety of tea ritual techniques.For more information,
